What is Artificial Intelligence? What is Machine Learning? What is Data Science? how they are related to each other?

Artificial Intelligence means making Computers think like Human Brain, choosing correct & realistic decisions, answers based on the Current circumstance and importance.






Personal Example:


Data Science = What is Actually Happening in your Life.

Machine Learning = What you are learning and experiencing in your Life.

Artificial Intelligence = Taking Correct Decisions based on your Life Experience






Another Example:

You are AI Engineer & you created a Personal AI Friend using Python.

Now, You give all information about your Financial Status, Economic Status, Emotional Status, Social Status, Current Situation in your Life, Current Situation in your Family, Current Situation in your Country etc etc... and your Current problems in an Excel file or SQL Database.

Now you are giving this data to your AI tool which you created.

1. It will analyze the information, choose which is important and which is useless based on your current situation.

2. Now, it sends that important Information to Machine Learning Models to Future Prediction and Possible Outcomes.

3. Then, AI analyze those data outcomes and makes a decision and give Correct, realistic answer, or solve problems using Best method.



Simply..

AI is Personalization.
AI is a better understanding of your preferences.
AI is giving you answers with human touch.
AI is learning about the user.





Now, Why is AI used in Data Science and Machine Learning?

Data you are giving to AI is the Input they need to start Analyzing and Decision Making.

Without Data, AI is not useful.

If you don't tell your problem to doctor, doctor simply cannot do further test, diagnose or take decision.

If you don't Complain your Area Garbage problems to Government, how can they come, do inspection, fix the issue?

If you don't tell which bike you want to Salesman, he will randomly try to sell you some bike based on his preference or old stock. 

Simple as that.. 

Without Data, no machine learning or AI decision making.






Data Science prepares the data and find patterns, trends, useful information from that data.


Machine Learning will train and test computer using that data to find future predictions.


Artificial Intelligence make smart decisions based on that training and other factors


A Data Scientist will collect the information about customer Online activity and clean this data for next step

A Machine Learning Engineer now creates a Machine Learning Model (using python, etc.) to predict which Customer will buy which product.

Now, AI Engineer System uses that Machine Learning Model and suggest Products to Customer in Amazon.



In Large Companies, they will have separate Data Scientist, ML Engineer, AI Engineer for doing these Work.

In Small Companies or One time Project, they Hire a Single Professional to do this, they hire:

Full Stack Data Scientist, AL & ML Engineer, Applied Data Scientist, AI Developer.


So, AI is the Future of technology. But without Data Science & Machine Learning knowledge, AI cannot work on its own.

If you want to become part of the AI world, start from learning data skills like Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python. These are the foundation steps before becoming an AI expert.
